When you wake up, check the small table with the lantern in the other room to find [TESS' LIST]. Go inside the other room, have a word with Tess, then activate the generator in the hidden room by pressing triangle at the right time three times in a row. Ride the elevator down and search the right side of this room for the [PATROL ROUTES MAP]. Head through the tunnel and go up the ladder. Outside, simply head through the truck up ahead to trigger a scene.
Move through the hole and hide behind the vehicle. Run and hide behind the car to the left and from here, quickly drop down the trench. Dash towards the end, then move through the sewage pipe and drop down. Hide behind the wall and move left; you'll want to avoid being seen by any of the guards, and it'd be a massive waste of ammo trying to kill them (which isn't possible, you don't have enough ammunition for all of them). Stay out of their search beams and move close to the rock wall of the trench, then curve around the corner and make a run for the second sewage pipe. Move through and quickly drop down to the left. Quickly climb up and move to the right side before going up the hill to find [(1/4) BLADES]. When you reach the top, hide behind the wooden planks and head for the stairs. Drop down and hop through the windows at the end, then search the desk to find [(1/2) BINDING]. Head through the garage door afterwards.
Move towards the car and sneak to the right side of the area. As you proceed, one guard will start searching this section, so try moving behind him to perform a stealthy takedown. Press onward and hide behind cabinets and desks, then hop in the truck and make your way to the end of the street. Crawl through the sewage pipe and follow the linear area until you reach a hole in the wall.
Continue down the hall and stay low on the left side. The room to the left, at the end of this hall contains [5 PARTS] on a desk and [(1/2) BLADES] in one of the lockers. Head down the other tunnel and you'll soon enough reach the next area.

The Outskirts: Outside
The Quarantine Zone:The Cargo
Enter the office and chase Robert as quickly as you can; if he gets away you'll have to try again. When you've caught up with him, a scene plays. Afterwards, search the table in the middle of the area for [(1/2) BINDING], [(1/4) BLADES] and [7 PARTS]. There's also a [WOODEN STICK] near the car wreck should you need it. Follow Marlene through the alley and go up the fire escape's ladder. Drop down through one of the roof's windows that Marlene enters and search this room for [3 PARTS]. Help open the heavy blue door and follow Marlene outside. You'll have to sneak past (or strangle) several guards in this area. Go upstairs and sneak into the building. When you strangle the one guard, Marlene will take care of the other. Search one of the cabinets in this room for [(1/2) BLADES] and move to the far back. Hop through the window to sneak up on the guard standing close to the crates (not the one further away) and stay crouched. A guard in the distance will execute someone and stand in the middle of the street. There's also one final guard who patrols the stairs. Whenever he's going back down, first dispatch the guard closest to you (also near some crates) and then take out the other guard out in the open. Wait for the last guard to return while hiding behind some crates near the stairs and sneak up on him; and that's that! You can have an optional dialogue with Marlene if you walk towards the bodies of the executed Fireflies on the bridge.
Head downstairs and follow Marlene through the building until a scene plays. After that, Ellie will join you. Check on one of the bodies in the street to find a [FIREFLY PENDANT (PHILIP LIU - 105)]. Move down the steps and head through the alley. In order to reach the fire escape, pull the container near the fence towards it. Simply head up and make your way to the room at the end of the halls.

The Last of us walkthrough, chapter 2:The Slum
You can get more optional dialogue by going over to the stores to the right.Follow Tess through the market when you want to continue with the story. Movethrough the bus and you'll reach a small square. Before continuing, look forANTED POSTER] next to the fence, featuring Marlene of the Fireflies.the [DRAFTING NOTICE] near store in the left corner. You can also find the [W
ollow Tess and you'll bump into a couple of hired goons of Robert. You don'tFhave a lot of ammo, so make every shot count and loot their bodies afterwards. If you run out of ammunition completely, you'll have to take them out with meleeattacks, but this could cost you some of your health instead. Follow Tessquickly move down the street to sneak up on the patrol outside to stranglthrough the alleys until you have to drop through a hole in a fence. Here ,e him,e close to the windows of the building.then mo v
hen the two guards inside are done conversing, sneak up on the one closest toWthe window and strangle him; Tess will kill the other one. Loot his body fored it. There's also a [HEALTH CAN] next to the trash near the doorway.the [WAREHOUSE KEY] and search the other room for a [HEALTH BAR] should you ne
n the next area, wait for the guy standing in the doorway to stop looking yourIdirection; he'll actually only do this once, so you can strangle him fairlyfollow the guard upstairs so you can strangle him here. Don't touch anythingquickly. Do wait until the other guy heads upstairs. Hide behind the door an d that could make a sound and continue over the walkway, but don't come too closee corner and hide behind the wall until one of the two guards comes walking youto the railing or the guard downstairs could spot you. Grab the [HEALTH KIT] at t hr direction. He'll just turn his face against the wall - the dumbest AI move ever - so you can safely strangle him.ead back the way you came, go back down and quietly approach the guy below, butHead back and go around the other way - again stay away from the opening in the railing - and look for a [SHIV]. Now h beware of the guy on the first floor. You can strangle the guy whenever the guard on the first floor starts moving away so that you're just out of sight. With him gone, go back up, head left ande out every single one of them without wasting precious ammunition. Head leftstrangle the final guard. Open the garage door on the ground floor by pulling down the chain. In the shipment area are quite a lot of guards on patrol, so you'll want to take a sneaky route to ta k and move beyond the containers until you reach one of the guards; he'll soon be walking away from you inside a container, so strangle him there. Now move towards the hangar, but make sure you're not spotted. There arereen one. There are to the left of a stacked pile of containers, to the right otwo guards on patrol here, and several standing on watch. It's possible to take them all out by stealth, and one such way to do it is the following. First you'll want to hide behind the small brown container next to a gf a large shipment container you can walk through, and one of the guards will be standing next to it every once in a while. That's the perfect time to strangle him, but only when the second guard on patrol is already about to lean back against thecame and move behind the guard standing on watch there. Search nearby thelarger stack of crates; at that time, strangle the first guard, immediately sneak to the second and take him out as well. It may require a short wait, but it's definitely a safe and sound method for doing it. You can now go back outside the way yo urailing to also find the [SHIPPING MANIFEST]. It's also worthwhile to search between the containers you snuck past at the very beginning to find a [SHIV] between the ones in the middle. If you head back inside and search the right side of the hangar, you can find the [DOCKS NOTE]s actually not. One last guard is standing behind the crates right beforebehind a small container. There's also a [WOODEN STICK] here if you hadn't already gotten one from the guard you strangled. Move to the other side of the hangar and go sneak through the container to strangle the guard standing on watch nearby. Although the coast *looks* clear, it 'the office. If you want to take him out with a melee move, there's no other choice but to hurl a bottle or brick to the left side of the area and approaching himfrom the back as quickly as you can.

The Last of Us: Chapter 2- Beyond The Wall
Beyond The Wall
As you continue through this underground tunnel with Tess, you will eventually reach a place like an old desk or workbench. There you will find your back pack and your equipment on the left side. Collect your things by pressing the triangle button and reload the pistol with R1. To look in your backpack at anytime, press Select just be careful when you do this!
After you are done collecting your gear and checking out your backpack, it's time to go. Go to the wooden barricade that is blocking your way and give Tess a boost to get over the wall and you will follow right behind her. Once you climb up through the hole, Follow Tess to the front of the building for an optional conversation with her. Continue to walk with Tess, and after a short while, there will be a point when you have to find a ladder. You'll find this behind a nearby car wreck.
Press triangle to pick the ladder up, and lean it against the wall under the hole, and press triangle again to place the ladder. Climb up the ladder and after you reach the end, you're in a kitchen. There are a few drawers you can open in the kitchen so open them up to find a few supplies for upgrading your weapon later on.
In the room next to the kitchen is your first Firefly pendant. It's on the desk to the left. Once you are all done exploring and collecting the various items, climb down the stairs where Tess is waiting on you. Turn your flashlight on with R3.
Follow Tess until you encounter the spores and have to put your gas mask on. Go into the huge spore cloud, and crouch to go through the destroyed wall in the laundry room. You'll go right past the source of infestation an then you will pull the beam out of the way to go through the next door. On the other side of this door, you see a man who is dying, there a two options here, to put him out of his misery or to leave him there to suffer. Whatever you do, don't forget the ammo at his legs! Continue through the building that looks like it was once an office building and crouch to go through the blocked door. You're going to come up on three runners. To defeat these enemies, use Joel's listen skill (R2). Wait for the enemy closest to you to turn around and crouch and approach it from behind. Press triangle to grab the enemy and then square to strangle the zombie.
To take out the last two enemies, Shoot the first at a distance- make sure to shoot it in the head! Then, when the other enemy draws near to you, beat it to death. Make sure to scout the area for supplies before you head to the next floor!
Once you get upstairs, you will notice a big hole in the wall, this is where you will exit the building. Before you leave, check the area to the left and check the area. Here there is a granola bar for health and the "Note to Brother" artifact. Now go outside with Tess. Follow her around outside and go up to the second floor. There, you see that the plank needed to cross the gap has fallen down, so jump down and grab the plank and bring it over to Tess to bring up. Walk over to the hole in the wall and crouch to go through it. Climb back up and cross the plank like Tess. Go outside and drop from the escape and keep following Tess. When she reaches the next door, there is a pendant on a branch of a tree there, shoot it down to retrieve it and go in.
Now, we will enter the slum!

Keep on going to the check point.
As soon as you are finished eavesdropping- approach the guards at the checkpoint exit and show them your ID. Then there will be an explosion, after which you need to turn around quickly an follow Tess. (You can turn quickly by using the left analog stick and X) Follow Tess to a nearby building and when she gives you the health kit, use it by pressing up on the d-pad to select it and holding R1 to heal up. As you continue to follow Tess, you will get to a room with a cabinet blocking a passageway in the wall. Help Tess move this Cabinet but pressing the triangle button and moving the left analog stick to the right.

The Last of Us Walkthrough: Chapter one- Hometown
So I've just finished playing one of the hottest games this year, after Grand Theft Auto V. This is The Last of Us by Naughty Dog. I have always loved games by Naughty Dog such as Jak, Daxter, and the oh, so loved Uncharted series. So, When i saw the trailer for The Last of Us, I jumped on it.
In The Last of Us, you play as Joel, who is traveling across the post-apocalyptic United States in the year 2033. His mission- The escort the 14-year-old girl, named Ellie to a resistance group called the Fireflies. Apparently, Ellie may be turning point in the research for the Cordyceps fungus, which is turning the citizens of America into various Zombie-like monsters, some quite scarier than others. As Joel, you will defend yourself and Ellie against these "zombies" as well as many types of very hostile humans like bandits and cannibals. Throughout the game you have to apply many strategies, which involve using the use of many type of firearms and stealthy kills. There is also an advanced hearing mode that Joel is capable of- in which he can listen so intensely that he can actually pin point where his enemies are before they even detect him or Ellie. The Last of Us is a typical survival game where the player has to pick up anything and everything you can in order to craft weapons and health packs, as well as the more fun items, like Molotovs and smoke bombs. Well, I think that if your not convinced you should play this game by now, then I'm not going to be able to convince you, But trust me- This game is totally worth the $60 you pay for it, and then some!! This is one of the best games that I've played since Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. I really suggest you give it a try. Still not convinced? Try the Demo on the PlayStation Store!
Walkthrough
Hometown: Hometown is the first Chapter in The Last of Us, this chapter includes the section Prologue. (No Artifacts, Pendants, Training Manuals, or Comics in this section)
Prologue
The game starts you off with a long cutscene. When the little girl wakes up, it's time to play. Check out the bedroom, if you'd like and then head into the hallway.
The door you first run into is the bathroom, you can go in here and explore a little bit, if you like- but like the bedroom- there is no real reason too.
There is a newspaper on the counter that really serves no purpose to the game but may interest you if you if you are the information collector like i am.
Keep going down the hallway a little bit more, and you will reach the dad's room. In here, the television is on and there are some news playing for you to watch as well as a large explosion outside.
Time to go! Go back out the bedroom door, and down the stairs. There will be a cellphone ringing on the counter and a short note for you to read on the fridge.
After you look at these two things, Walk over the the office. A cutscene will begin, introducing the dad (Joel).
After this short cutscene, you will get in the car with Tommy and Joel. The only thing that you can do in the car is to look around. To zoom in and out while looking out the windows, press L1.
After driving for a little bit, you will get closer to the destruction and calamity which is the city. You will eventually get T-boned by a car. Get ready to hit that square button to break the window and to get out of the car.
Well, now the car is trash, so i guess it's time to start on foot. You have to carry Ellie, as she is badly hurt and cannot walk on her own. Follow the large crowd of the people in the street, avoiding the flames and the explosions. Once you witness the big explosion, turn right.
Keep on going and you will pass by a fire truck, take the alley the the left behind the truck. You get a little surprise attack from infected, so get ready to press square. Tommy will get a second to be a hero. Now run ahead of Tommy and run through the breakage in the wall in front of you. keep going.
DO NOT STOP. You come up on a military member.
Here, the final cutscene for this section will begin- The outcome is a little more than unexpected.
This end the Prologue. Keep reading for the Next section: The Quarantine Zone.
